What is SCOTT MILLER Loyalty?
SCOTT MILLER Loyalty is our client loyalty and rewards program (the “Program”), which entitles members of the Program (“Members”) to special rewards and perks. Members earn points, which may be redeemed for discounts off retail products at a SCOTT MILLER store. (Points cannot be redeemed for discounts on Services and Gift Cards.)
How do I join SCOTT MILLER Loyalty?
Sign-up the next time you’re at Scott Miller. Call us at 585-264-9940. Or text us at 585-264-9940 with your name and email address. You can also join online at scottmillerstyle.com/loyalty. Just complete the online email form and one of our client relations reps will complete your membership.
Is there a fee to SCOTT MILLER Loyalty?
No—it’s entirely complimentary! You simply have to join the program.
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! You earn 10 points for every dollar spent when you complete your purchase in our stores. [Service Purchases: 10 points for each $1 spent. Retail Purchases: 10 points for each $1 spent.] If an item is on backorder, Loyalty Points will not be reflected until the item is purchased/shipped.) Loyalty Points are not earned for dollars spent on tax or shipping. (Members points may be redeemed for discounts off retail products only. Points cannot be redeemed for discounts on Services and Gift Cards.)
In addition, you can earn points for:
- Signing-Up for SM Loyalty. [2,500 points]
- Gift certificates. [10 points for each $1 purchase]
- Trying new service. [10,000 points]
- Referring a friend. [10,000 points]
Do my points expire?
Yes. SCOTT MILLER Loyalty benefits extend for 12 months, May 1, 2019 to April 30, 2020. The Program shall terminate on April 30, 2020 unless we exercise our right to renew the program for a successive 12 months. We may change or cancel the SCOTT MILLER Loyalty Program, including the terms thereof, at any time without notice. See scottmillerstyle.com/loyalty-terms for full program details.
What if i am missing points from previous purchases?
When you join SCOTT MILLER Loyalty is when you start earning points. Purchases made before joining the program do not count toward your total. If you feel something is missing, please contact our client relations department.
HOW DO THE POINTS ADD UP?
We’ll let the numbers do the talking.
1,000 Points = $1 OFF any retail product purchase
5,000 Points = $5 OFF any retail product purchase
10,000 Points = $10 OFF any retail product purchase
25,000 Points = $25 OFF any retail product purchase
50,000 Points = $50 OFF any retail product purchase
Points can be redeemed in any combination of the point and increment amounts set forth above. For example, if a Member wants to redeem 6,000 points, the same transaction will allow the member to redeem 5,000 points and receive $5.00 off the transaction and another 1,000 points and receive $1.00 off for a total amount of $6.00 off the transaction for retail products. (Members points may be redeemed for discounts off retail products only. Points cannot be redeemed for discounts on Services and Gift Cards.) Redemption of points towards purchases of products is subject to product availability
DO POINTS REALLY ADD UP?
Absolutely. For example, just in one month, some clients will refer 2 friends who become new Scott Miller clients and complete their services. That earns them 20,000 points. If they try a new service that month, they’ll get another 10,000 points. That totals to $30 off any retail product they buy. Plus they earn 10 points for every dollar that they spend for even more savings. You too could easily redeem points for hundreds of dollars off your retail products every 12 months.
HOW DO I REDEEM POINTS?
Points earned by a Member may be redeemed for discounts off retail products at a SCOTT MILLER store. Points cannot be used for discounts on Services and Gift Cards. Points accumulated on different Accounts of different Members may not be combined or aggregated or transferred to make purchases of products or for any other reason. Points earned in a transaction cannot be redeemed in the same transaction.
WHEN DO I RECEIVE THE POINTS FOR QUALIFIED PURCHASES?
Member Points earned on the in-store purchase of qualifying products or services (subject to the SCOTT MILLER Loyalty terms and conditions) will be added to your Account immediately after the time of in-store purchase of the qualifying products or services. For all in-store purchases, the amount of points in your Account, including points earned on your recent purchase, will be reflected on your receipt after a transaction, unless there is a point-of-sale or system unavailability or other technical difficulty that limits the ability to reflect points on the receipt.
IF I GO TO BOTH PITTSFORD AND WEBSTER LOCATIONS, ARE THE POINTS COMBINED?
Yes. However, your receipt will only show the points earned from the location you are in at the that time. Whenever you want to redeem your points for a retail purchase, your client relations coordinator will gladly combine points earned from both locations so that you can use your maximum points earned.
HOW DO I RECEIVE THE POINTS FOR REFERRING A FRIEND?
If a new client calls to schedule a service and tells us you have referred them, your account will be marked for that new client. You will receive 10,000 Loyalty Points in your account after a new client, referred in accordance with these terms, fully completes a service. If a new client is a “no-show” or cancels the service appointment, no loyalty points will be awarded. Points earned by referrals are subject to the SCOTT MILLER Loyalty terms and conditions.
WHEN DO I RECEIVE THE POINTS FOR TRYING A NEW SERVICE
Our Loyalty Program will automatically recognize whenever you try a new service for the first time. Member Points earned for trying a new service (subject to the SCOTT MILLER Loyalty terms and conditions) will be added to your Account immediately after the time of in-store purchase of the qualifying new services. A new service is considered the first new service from our service groups: Hair Cut, Hair Style, Hair Color, Make-Up service, Facial, Massage, Manicure, Pedicure, Wax service, Lash and Hair Extensions. For example, whenever we offer multiple services within a service group such as Facials, you receive points for only the first time you try a facial, if you’ve never had a facial at Scott Miller. You would not receive points for different types of facials after you’ve received first facial. The same is true for all our service groups.
How can I view my account summary?
Your account summary can be found on the bottom of your receipt whenever you make a purchase. Or you can call our client relations department to find out your account balance.
What happens when I cancel an order or return an item?
Loyalty Points earned by purchasing a product/service that is later modified, returned or canceled will be deducted from your Loyalty Points account summary.
HOW DO I GET EARLY ACCESS TO SPECIAL PROMOTIONS AND EVENTS?
Once you are enrolled with a valid email address, you will automatically receive early news of any special promotions and events. It’s important that you update your email address whenever it changes.
